I provide a safe enabling space for clients to make sense of what has happened to them. I can provide you with employment support to stay in work if your mental health is impacting on work or vice versa

I work with clients to improve their mental health and to develop coping strategies for challenging life circumstances. I have a vast experience working with trauma, anxiety and depression, work related issues, confidence and assertiveness etc.
